These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the True Heart website located at trueheartapp.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bella Truehart LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Alpha Access Program
Submission of your email address on this Site constitutes an application for early ("alpha") access to the True Heart product. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, with or without reason. Alpha testers who are accepted may be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to gaining access to the product.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BELLA TRUEHART LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

True Heart is an AI-powered companion application. It is not a licensed mental health service, therapy practice, or medical service. Nothing on this Site or within the True Heart application constitutes professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
